Our typical rental duration spans six weeks, including a dedicated week for photography and the initiation of the campaign. If you require an extended rental period, we can accommodate such requests upon inquiry.
Regrettably, that is not possible. After a property has been introduced to the market, our role effectively concludes. In this context, we will promptly retrieve the furniture from your property, allowing you to mark a successful sale and move forward.
The cost of property styling depends on your home's size and needs, ranging from $2,000 to $6,000 or more. It’s an investment that can lead to faster sales and higher prices—often boosting your sale by 5% to 10%. We offer free quotes to tailor the pricing to your property.
We carefully select furniture and decor to match your property’s style and appeal to buyers. Our inventory is refreshed regularly, featuring high-quality pieces sourced from local suppliers in South Australia and beyond. Every home we style gets a unique, personalized look.
At Upstyle Home Staging, the person you meet during your initial consultation will be your dedicated partner throughout the entire process. They will oversee and execute your service, ensuring a seamless experience from beginning to end.
Certainly, we offer partial styling packages that enable the inclusion of a client's preexisting furniture into the overall design scheme.
It's not always the case. Prices for partial stylings can differ based on the specific work needed, the size of the property, and the number of living spaces. A partial styling may sometimes involve more intricate work, but the final outcome is consistently unique.
We recognise that the process of selling your home can be quite demanding, and we're here to simplify it for you. Our intention is not to inconvenience you by requiring you to vacate your property during the campaign. Instead, we kindly request that you adhere to our terms and conditions at the time of booking to ensure the preservation of our furniture's quality.
At the moment, we do not provide furniture storage services, but our team is always ready to suggest suitable storage options based on your specific needs.
When our team is tasked with styling your property, you can have confidence in our professionalism, market expertise, and awareness of current trends to guide us in making the right furniture and styling choices for your home. Nevertheless, should you have any specific preferences or requests, please do inform your stylists, and we will explore how best to accommodate them.
We advise allowing a minimum of 1-2 weeks between the quoting and installation phases.
Regrettably, because of the nature of our operations, we cannot sell items from our rotating warehouse stock, which is continually in use for our stylings. Nonetheless, we are more than willing to assist in locating specific pieces upon your request. Additionally, we will be offering a 'Shop Our Look' feature on our website in the near future, where our interior designers and stylists put together various styles that can be purchased directly from our website. You will have the option to purchase individual products or an entire set.
We are fortunate to collaborate with several real estate agents and agencies across Adelaide and take great pride in the lasting relationships we've nurtured. It's important to note that we do not have exclusive affiliations with specific agents or agencies. The decision to choose your preferred agent and stylists for your home sale is entirely at your discretion.
We cater to a wide range of Adelaide suburbs as well as surrounding areas within a 100km radius of the CBD. Kindly specify your location when requesting a quote.
Full payment for home styling services must be made at least 48 hours prior to the placement date.
